By creating an account and using IKON Community™, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
Access to IKON Community™ requires a valid, unused Practitioner ID issued in connection with EIU-Paris or IKON SKILLS™. Accounts are personal and may not be shared or transferred.
By using the Platform, you agree to follow our Community Rules, which govern acceptable behavior across Connect, direct messages, and IKON Challenge. Violations may result in content removal, warnings, or account suspension, as described in the Community Rules.
You retain ownership of content you post (posts, comments, profile information). By posting, you grant IKON Community™ a license to display that content on the Platform as intended by its features (e.g., your posts appearing on the Connect wall, shared game results appearing on public share pages).
Profiling results, Micro-Credential matches, and Degree pathway suggestions are provided for guidance purposes based on your assessment answers. Enrollment in any Micro-Credential or Degree program occurs on the separate IKON SKILLS™ platform (ikonskills.ac) and is subject to that platform's own terms.
The IKON Community™ name, logo, and platform design are the property of [PLACEHOLDER — legal entity name]. Content generated by the Platform itself (News aggregation, Placement listings sourced from third parties) remains the property of its original sources.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the Community Rules. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting us.
IKON Community™ is provided "as is." Micro-Credential and Degree matches from Profiling are suggestions based on your responses and do not guarantee admission, employment, or any specific outcome. Placement job listings are sourced from third parties; we do not guarantee their accuracy or availability.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
